Refunds will be permitted for damaged and defective merchandice or merchandice not received correctly. Any damaged or defective item/s must be returned before a refund will be honored in the same method of payment used at the time the damaged or defective merchandice was purchased.
Please keep in mind that these are hand produced and limited edition items. Minor defects, such as dimples in the porcelain, slight defects in the leather or wood are to be expected and is part of the uniqueness of each item.
