Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds for single massage services are permitted as long as the refund is submitted in writting, via email, no shorter than 24hrs of the schedualed services. All refunds will be returned in the same manner in which the service/s was purchased within 5 business days of confirmation for a return of funds. 

Exchanges for single services can be split in two in order to share your scheduled service with someone of your choosing. Both service to take place back to back on the same schedualed service calander day. 

You can always upgrade your service, for an editional fee. To ensure a successful service upgrade, please make the request no later than 24hrs ahead of schedualed service.

Packages are discounted bulk massages for customers who want to enjoy receiving massages on a regular bases. in the event a customer chooses to no longer receive the remaining massages on any purchased massage package, a refund will be honored minus the discounted price for any massages previously used.
